Instant Criminal
(National & State)
These are instant searches of criminals record databases compiled from various reporting agencies throughout a single state or the nation. Sources may include Department of Corrections, Global Homeland Security, National Sex Offender, Violent Offender Database, County Courts Data, Dept of Public Safety, and other State Agencies.
Instant Eviction
(National & State)
These searches develop an applicant's name and address history associated with their social security number. It then searches a national eviction database with sophisticated matching algorithms to minimize false positives.
County Criminal
This is a physical search conducted at the county seat selected. It shows all felony and misdemeanor filings as maintained within each court. Results will include any charges filed, charge level,disposition date,final disposition,sentencing information, and any verifiers listed on file. The standard search encompasses the last 7 years.
Federal Criminal
This search would return such offenses as drug trafficking, embezzlement, bank robbery, or tax evasion. Results will include details such as the case number, date of filing, charges, and the current status or disposition of the case. The search is per district searched. Each state is divided into multiple districts.

Landlord, Employment and Income Verifications
Our staff contacts previous landlords to retrieve pertinent information about applicant living and payment habits. We contact employers to verify the applicants employment status. Income verifications are done by working with the IRS to obtain copies of the applicants tax returns.
